Finns Organic Cookies


Pre heat oven at 375

2-3 cups of organic flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups of organic light brown sugar

1 cup organic granulated sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups organic butter (unsalted)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup organic sliced almonds

1/2 cup organic flax seed

1/4 cup organic pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds

1/4 cup wheat germ

1 1/2 cups organic oatmeal

1 cup organic rasins

1 cup wide sliced unsweetened coconut

1 cup semi sweet coarsely chopped dark chocolate (optional)


Mix room temp butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla mix well, then add eggs and combine well.

Mix in a separate bowl flour, salt, baking soda and sift together.

Mix in a separate bowl oatmeal, rasins, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, coconut, sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds.


Slowly add flour mixture to the butter and egg mixture and then add your yummy seed mixture trading off until all is combined.

Hand stir chopped chocolate if you choose to use it.

Bake at 375 or 13 min or until golden brown.
